At 1Netap, every product is carefully inspected before shipment. While defects are extremely rare, if you receive a faulty product we will promptly arrange a replacement.
All replacement requests must be submitted within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery.
Exchange / Replacement
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you may request a free replacement within 48 hours of delivery.
To qualify for a replacement:

The item must remain in original condition

If the replacement request meets the above conditions, 1Netap will cover the delivery cost for the replacement within India.
Important Note – Customized Products
Our products are customized according to the information provided during the order.
Therefore, we cannot accept replacement or refund requests for:

Design changes after the order is placed

Spelling mistakes in the submitted details

Incorrect business information provided by the customer

Change of mind after ordering

Returns / Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns are not accepted once the product has been delivered.

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund.
After 24 hours, cancellation requests will not be accepted and no refund will be issued, as production and logistics processing would have already begun.

If your cancellation request is received within the allowed time, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is completed.
We request customers to review their orders carefully before clicking the Buy button, as every order triggers a detailed production and delivery process.
Warranty Policy
All 1Netap products come with a 1-year warranty starting from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers the following condition:
(a) Tapping Issue
If the card fails to tap or work properly on an NFC-enabled smartphone.
Important:
The tap feature works only if the smartphone supports NFC technology.
If the issue qualifies under the warranty, the card replacement will be free, however shipping charges may apply.
