Design preferences submitted during the order
Because products are customized, changes cannot be made once production has started.
3. Pricing and Payments
All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

Payments must be completed through the available payment methods on the website before an order is processed.

Customers may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.
After 24 hours, orders cannot be cancelled as customization and production may have already begun.
5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen factors.
1Netap is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
Customers must ensure the shipping address provided is accurate.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted once the product has been delivered.
However, if a product arrives:
Damaged
Defective
Different from what was ordered
Customers may request a replacement within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.

1Netap products come with a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery for specific issues such as:
